Kimberly Sheridan has extensive experience in construction, environmental and toxic tort, professional liability and employment litigation practice groups as well. Kimberly is a seasoned litigator, who handles matters from pre-suit investigation through trial. She has experience representing clients in complex, high-stakes litigation throughout the Southeast. As a litigator, Kimberly focuses on an early assessment of the client’s goals and needs, while thinking creatively to reach the most efficient matter resolution.

- Successfully represented diversified manufacturer and supplier of premium building products in litigation arising from alleged product defects.
- Successfully represented multinational conglomerate in products liability litigation relating to respiratory protective equipment.
- Successfully represented global engineering company in personal injury litigation relating to its work at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
- Negotiated dismissal of wage and hour lawsuit against the world’s leading provider of ERH remediation under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Negotiated dismissal of race discrimination and retaliation claims against corporate owners of outpatient treatment centers.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of multinational corporation in connection with former employee’s post-termination claims, including false arrest and malicious prosecution.
