Kimberly Hisa’s practice focuses primarily on general liability, products liability, construction, and other complex tort matters representing international, national, and regional retailers, small businesses, and individuals. Kimberly has extensive law and motion experience, including oral argument and appellate work, and achieves positive results for her clients on dispositive motions in both state courts and federal courts, including on demurrer, motion for summary judgment, motion to dismiss, and motion for terminating sanctions.

Kimberly was a partner at two well respected regional law firms and successfully defends high-profile clients in complex multi-party matters against high stakes tort claims. As a prosecuting attorney, Kimberly assisted in achieving recoveries in upwards of $25.5 million from multi-billion dollar corporations, including, a preliminary settlement of $500 million. Her experience in both plaintiff and defense work gives her a unique perspective and the ability to provide a truly objective analysis of each case. Additionally, Kimberly’s years of experience prosecuting fraud in securities actions assists in the development of litigation strategy to help stop fraudulent schemes and practices on the defense side.
