Kirstie M. Simmerman is the Co-Managing Partner of the Dallas office. She is an experienced litigator who routinely handles complex commercial litigation, employment law and intellectual property disputes nationwide before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. She has successfully defended clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff and class action lawsuits.

- Obtained complete defense award for a national automotive dealership in age discrimination and wrongful termination arbitration.

- Prevailed on summary judgment on a race discrimination and wrongful termination claim on behalf of a family of automobile dealerships.
- Prevailed on summary judgment on behalf of real estate brokerage and realtors in a matter alleging fraudulent misrepresentation in the sale of a commercial building.
- Defeated certification of putative nationwide class of consumers in TCPA and FDCPA litigation.

- Representation of clothing and apparel designers and manufacturers in trademark and copyright infringement litigation.
