Kristin Blocher is Senior Counsel in the Sacramento office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Kristin is an accomplished attorney with substantial transactional and litigation experience in a diverse set of practice areas. She is well-versed at handling matters in both federal and state courts. Her practice is focused both on complex civil litigation matters including governmental tort liability, hospitality, elder care, personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability, as well as representation of employers and management in all aspects of employment law such as administrative and civil claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and alleged wage and hour violations.
