Kristin Coccaro is a commercial litigation and white collar defense attorney with more than two decades of courtroom and investigative experience handling complex and high stakes matters. Her practice includes commercial disputes, government investigations, and white collar defense. She represents businesses, professionals, and individuals in matters involving allegations of fraud, financial misconduct, regulatory enforcement, and other business related claims. Kristin approaches each matter with a trial ready strategy designed to position clients for favorable resolutions through strategic motion practice, effective negotiation, or trial when necessary.

Before entering private practice, Kristin served for more than twenty years as a federal and state prosecutor and trial lawyer. She led complex investigations, litigated challenging evidentiary and constitutional issues, and tried numerous cases involving significant financial and reputational exposure. This background provides clients with valuable insight when navigating parallel civil, criminal, and regulatory issues.
