Keenan L. Roberson

Associate

Keenan L. Roberson has litigated matters in both state and federal courts throughout Texas. Over the course of her career, she has resolved disputes and defended claims and lawsuits in various practice areas including personal injury, insurance defense, and professional liability.

After graduating law school, Keenan served as the Committee Clerk for the Business and Labor Committee of the Nebraska State Legislature. Not only did this role give her a heightened appreciation for the law, but it helped her gain invaluable skills in effective client communication and advocacy.

Upon obtaining her license to practice law in the state of Texas, she began her career as a litigator representing clients in the admiralty and maritime sectors focusing on insurance defense under the Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Act. She went on to expand her practice experience to include commercial litigation claims, insurance coverage claims, and personal injury claims involving premise liability, wrongful death, and products liability. Keenan has represented a diverse range of clients including product manufacturers, healthcare providers, property owners, and business entities.

Keenan places a strong emphasis on communication and transparency with her clients. She believes that the most effective attorneys are those that understand exactly what their clients need and think critically and adaptively to meet those needs.

As a Nebraska native and a proud Houston transplant, Keenan enjoys experiencing all that Houston has to offer in terms of food, museums, and culture. When she is not exploring the city, her hobbies include reading, spending time with friends and family, and Pelotoning.
