Kyla Ellery focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including defending corporations, professionals, including insurance agents, lawyers, architects, doctors, and engineers, and businesses of all sizes in a wide range of tort, fiduciary, and contractual disputes.

Kyla also handles transportation and environmental and toxic tort matters. She is involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions, as well as participating in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. She is committed to providing practical, detail-oriented advice to effectively advance clients’ interests.

Prior to joining GRSM, Kyla served as in-house counsel for a national insurance company, where she handled insurance defense matters and contract review.
