Kyler Harper Stevens focuses his practice on environmental and toxic tort matters and trial practice. Kyler is a national trial lawyer and litigation partner with more than 16 years of experience representing Fortune 500 and small to mid-sized businesses. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, delivering positive results as national and regional coordinating counsel. His practice includes managing litigation risk, controlling costs, aligning litigation strategy with business goals, and advising clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Kyler has significant experience defending complex toxic tort and product liability matters involving industrial hygiene, epidemiology, and medical causation issues. He has managed multi-venue litigation portfolios in high-risk jurisdictions and served on national coordinating counsel and national trial counsel teams developing unified defense strategies.

Earlier in his career, Kyler represented businesses in commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate matters, civil litigation, and oil and gas matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He also counseled business clients regarding contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
