Kyra H. Short focuses her practice on employment and commercial litigation matters. An experienced litigator, she has first and second chair jury and bench trial experience from her work as a former state prosecutor. Kyra represents employers before administrative agencies and courts in claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination under federal and state employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Missouri Human Rights Act.
