Notably, he has tried jury and non-jury cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent conveyances, contracts, brokerage commission disputes and commercial landlord-tenant disputes involving possession and damages, including prosecuting and defending actions on personal Guarantees of commercial leases.
