Landon Sciacca

Landon represents large corporations, non-profits, and small businesses in employment matters involving discrimination; harassment; wrongful termination; retaliation and whistleblower claims; disability accommodations and the interactive process; and wage and hour violations including Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) violations.

Landon’s litigation practice includes defending single plaintiff and class action cases in state and federal courts, as well as claims before state and federal administrative agencies such as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and California Labor Commissioner.

In addition to employment litigation, Landon’s litigation practice also includes representing businesses in breach of contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, and motor vehicle accidents.  

Landon is a Central Valley native and comes from a familial background in the farming industry, including tree nuts.
