Commercial litigation attorney, Loan T. Dao, resolves disputes and defends claims and lawsuits involving various types of entities. From swift responses, Loan ensures that she maintains great relationships with her clients, that they are protected, and further advises and guides them on sound business practices and risk management.

Loan’s commercial litigation practice encompass areas of general business disputes, EB-5 fraud cases, and breach of contract.

Loan also handles professional liability (real estate broker liability, real estate E&O claims, and legal malpractice) and employment. Loan has been able to settle numerous cases on behalf of her clients.

Prior to joining GRSM, Loan practiced in various areas of law pertaining to litigation, including but not limited to: family law matters dealing with minors, asset division, spousal support, child support; criminal defense; trusts and estates (mainly in the realm of probate administration and preparation of trusts); plaintiffs side workers compensation; chapter 7 bankruptcy matters; general civil litigation matters; habitability matters; personal injury matters (specifically plaintiffs car accidents and dog bites); immigration visa filings for married couples; restraining orders; and medical malpractice.

Loan also has experience in various transactional areas of law, including, but not limited to, trademark prosecution in the USPTO and the Madrid System, and the formation and creation of corporate entities.
