Lee C. Weir

A significant portion of Lee’s practice is within the construction industry, where she assists clients in matters concerning lien issues, payment disputes, construction defects, breach of contract claims, alleged errors in design and workmanship, and construction site accidents.

Lee’s commercial litigation experience includes defense of claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, business transactions, breach of fiduciary duties, and the defense of personal injury actions.

Additionally, Lee has experience negotiating and drafting commercial leases and subleases for properties across the country. Lee’s experience has allowed her to counsel business entities on a daily basis regarding general legal matters such as policy making, risk-management, and lawsuit prevention.

Lee earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University. She obtained her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law where she was the Executive Articles Editor of the Business Law Journal and Vice President of the Corporate Law Society. Lee also served as a legal intern at a nuclear technology company while in law school.
