Leslie Harrach has more than 20 years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation. She focuses her practice on representing multinational corporations, healthcare providers, long-term skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, general contractors and subcontractors, and large and small businesses in complex civil and commercial disputes.

Her experience includes matters in Arizona state courts and U.S. district courts, as well as appeals and bankruptcy proceedings. Leslie has handled cases through trial and alternative dispute resolution and works closely with clients to develop strategies aimed at efficiently resolving disputes both in and out of the courtroom. She has successfully resolved several multimillion-dollar matters through dismissal.

At a prior firm, Leslie managed a substantial docket of complex general liability and insurance defense matters involving catastrophic injury, professional and medical liability, elder abuse, silicosis, wrongful death, dram shop claims, fire and electrical loss, and high-exposure first- and third-party claims. She served as lead strategist from intake through trial, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, resolving legacy and aged cases through disciplined case valuation and targeted negotiation, and preparing matters aggressively for trial, often resulting in favorable eve-of-trial settlements. She maintained direct client and carrier relationships, providing candid assessments and practical recommendations.
