Lilli’s practice includes the defense of claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower protections, wrongful termination, and other employment disputes arising under federal and state law. She has experience handling matters brought under statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), and other employment laws.
In addition to defending employers in litigation, Lilli represents clients before governmental administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), state civil rights agencies, and other administrative tribunals. She regularly assists clients throughout all phases of litigation, including case assessment, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial and arbitration preparation.
Lilli is committed to providing practical, strategic, and business-oriented counsel that helps employers navigate complex workplace issues while minimizing legal risk. She works closely with clients to develop efficient litigation strategies tailored to their business objectives and is dedicated to delivering responsive, results-driven representation.
Lilli graduated cum laude from Syracuse University in 2012, with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and minor in English and Textual Studies. She spent eight years working in journalism and corporate communications before attending Temple University Beasley School of Law, graduating in 2023. During law school, she was awarded a Law Faculty Scholarship and made the Dean’s Honor List. She also served on the Temple Law Review as a Staff Editor of Volume 94 in her 2L year.
During law school, Lilli interned at National Public Radio, working on copyright matters in NPR’s Office of the General Counsel. Additionally, she interned at Jones Day law firm while she was spending her final semester of law school in Tokyo, Japan as part of Temple Law’s Global Legal Scholars program. At Jones Day, Lilli assisted on corporate law matters, specifically related to intellectual property agreements, M&A transactions, and bankruptcy proceedings.
After graduating law school, Lilli clerked for the Honorable James J. Ferrelli, in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.
Outside of work, Lilli enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, traveling, and running.
