Lily Khosrowpour is a civil defense attorney whose practice focuses on representing businesses, property owners, and insurers in complex litigation matters. Since being admitted to practice in December 2019, Lily has developed experience defending clients in a wide range of civil matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims such as slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall incidents, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Lily’s practice encompasses the defense of claims involving automobile negligence, products liability, premises liability, and professional liability. She also represents clients in matters involving hotel and hospitality defense, habitability disputes, housing communities, and landlord-tenant litigation. Her experience further includes defending governmental entities—including state, county, and city agencies—as well as nonprofit organizations, low-income housing communities, and commercial housing associations.

In addition, Lily has handled matters involving wrongful death claims, catastrophic injuries, third-party criminal acts, privacy issues, economic interference with business relationships, wildfire-related litigation, and disputes concerning duties to defend and indemnify. She also assists clients with early case strategy and evidence preservation to ensure an effective defense from the outset of litigation.
