Lindsay A. Mullineaux

Associate

Lindsay A. Mullineaux’s practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, but she is well-versed in a variety of areas including construction litigation, civil rights litigation, ADA disputes, employment law and business matters, personal injury, and professional negligence. She represents clients in both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and works to guide them through complex decisions and challenging circumstances.

Prior to joining GRSM, Lindsay represented clients in variety of matters and disputes, including commercial litigation, professional negligence litigation, construction litigation, administrative proceedings, and employment issues. Lindsay’s hard work and dedication have allowed her to achieve success throughout her growing legal career. During law school, she acted as Executive Editor of the Montana Law Review and served as a clinical intern for the Office of the Montana Public Defender.

As a Colorado native who now calls Missoula home, Lindsay enjoys spending her time outside the office enjoying the great outdoors with her husband, son, and three dogs.

  • Obtained certification of a class in a class action suit involving impact fees resulting in favorable settlement for class.
  • Obtained dismissal of all claims against client through a successful Motion to Dismiss on an issue of first impression regarding the scope of a duty in the context of professional negligence.
