Lindsay A. Mullineaux’s practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, but she is well-versed in a variety of areas including construction litigation, civil rights litigation, ADA disputes, employment law and business matters, personal injury, and professional negligence. She represents clients in both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and works to guide them through complex decisions and challenging circumstances.
- Obtained certification of a class in a class action suit involving impact fees resulting in favorable settlement for class.
- Obtained dismissal of all claims against client through a successful Motion to Dismiss on an issue of first impression regarding the scope of a duty in the context of professional negligence.
