Lindsay M. Vick

Senior Counsel

Lindsay M. Vick is a seasoned litigator with more than a decade of experience at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Lindsay is experienced in class action defense, as well as administrative law matters, constitutional claims, and all aspects of civil litigation. Lindsay also has expertise in myriad immigration matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, removal defense, immigration related habeas corpus petitions, citizenship, and civil denaturalization.

Lindsay’s practice as a Senior Litigation Counsel with the U.S. Department of Justice focused on immigration-related federal civil litigation in federal district courts and circuit courts of appeals nationwide. She advised senior leadership at the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and Department of Health and Human Services on complex legal and policy matters.

Lindsay served as lead counsel managing litigation strategy for complex and high-profile class actions and other civil cases, including challenges to agency regulations, policies under the Administrative Procedure Act, various federal statutory challenges, and constitutional challenges to federal statutes. She also has extensive appellate experience and has argued cases before the Third, Sixth, Ninth, Eleventh, and District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeals.
