Lindsey M. Jacques represents clients in environmental and toxic tort, products liability, and real estate transactional matters. She has experience advising companies and drafting contracts for the purchase of property. Lindsey has also helps clients on navigate CEQA and has provided guidance to energy companies on CPUC regulatory matters.

- Drafted, argued, and won a Motion for Summary Adjudication.
- Has taken depositions of plaintiff, fact witness, and expert witnesses and has taken lead on depositions in five different states.
- Wrote several winning motions including demurrers, motions to strike, and an opposition to a motion for preference.
