Lisa Cronin focuses her practice on a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including the defense of manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and premises owners in toxic tort, personal injury, employment and products liability matters. She has extensive experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, dispositive motions and trial preparations.

  • Larracuente v. Schobel, PC-2018-2699. Successfully secured case dismissal on behalf of the client by prevailing on a motion for summary judgment.
  • Lisa Dowiot v. Read’s Landscape and Construction Inc. a/k/a Read Landscaping, PC-2018-0702. Successfully secured case dismissal on behalf of the client by prevailing on a motion for summary judgment.
  • PC-2018-1685, Rose v. The North Hills Condominium Association. Successfully secured case dismissal on behalf of the client by prevailing on a motion for summary judgment.
  • Aponte v. Hardman, WC-2021-0454. Obtained favorable arbitration award for the defendant in a court-annexed arbitration proceeding. No appeal was filed by the plaintiff, resulting in entry of judgment for the defendant.
