Lori Anne P. Fee focuses her practice on tort and product liability litigation, defending insureds in tort and asbestos matters. Lori Anne has litigated on behalf of insureds in various industries for more than thirty years, representing premises defendants, product manufacturers, and contractors in asbestos litigation, and has defended hundreds of general tort claims and thousands of mass and toxic tort claims throughout her career. She has helped clients prevail in mediations and trials.

Lori Anne also has commercial litigation experience involving multi-district litigation and multi-party lawsuits involving environmental issues, personal injury, consumer fraud, product liability, and construction defects. She has also handled pharmaceutical and drug-related matters.

Lori Anne defends her clients vigorously while seeking efficient and economical resolutions. She applies her experience to identify determinative facts and craft case defense strategies aimed at achievable and satisfactory outcomes, whether by settlement, motion practice, or trial.

Experienced in state and federal courts, Lori Anne has practiced throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, she has been involved in every aspect of the defense of lawsuits, from inception to resolution, appearing at mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials. She has investigated and evaluated claims and provided her clients with the information required to determine whether to resolve claims or to proceed to trial.
