Luis Ayala focuses his practice on employment law, providing strategic counsel and litigation defense to employers facing a broad range of workplace issues. He represents clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour dispute, restrictive covenants, and wrongful termination claims under both state and federal laws. Luis is experienced in defending employers before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts, delivering practical solutions that align with business objectives minimizing legal exposure.

In addition to his litigation practice, Luis regularly advises employers on compliance with evolving workplace regulations, including wage and hour laws, employee classification, leave laws, performance management, and workplace accommodations.
