Luke Belflower defends insurers, employers, and commercial clients in complex civil litigation. His practice focuses on employment defense and general liability matters, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other statutory and common-law employment claims, as well as premises liability and property damage disputes. He also represents contractors and property owners in construction-related litigation involving construction defect allegations, contractual indemnity and risk-transfer issues, and multi-party disputes. Luke regularly represents national and regional carriers and develops early case strategies designed to control exposure and position matters for efficient resolution or trial.

Luke manages matters from initial investigation through dispositive motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. He routinely defends employers in workplace-related litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, negligence, statutory violations, and related business tort theories. In construction and liability matters, he works closely with adjusters, contractors, and technical experts to evaluate contractual risk allocation, scope-of-work issues, and causation theories, and regularly handles multi-party disputes involving developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
