Luke Wills focuses his practice focuses estate and trust litigation, community association representation, and general civil litigation.

Within his estate and trust litigation practice, Luke deals with disputes over the administration of wills and trusts, as well as the validity of certain estate-planning documents. He understands that these issues can be both deeply personal and deeply complex, and ensures that clients’ interests, both personal and legal, are protected in pursuit of fair and just outcomes.

In his community association practice, Luke works with community associations on a diverse array of challenges, such as covenant enforcement, fee collection, and association governance. This includes drafting foundational amendments and resolutions, interpreting association governing documents, and addressing day-to-day issues as they arise.

In his general civil litigation practice, Luke represents small businesses, large corporations, and individual businesspeople in a variety of matters including contract disputes, tort liability, and insurance defense. He prioritizes delivering efficient results, understanding that advocacy encompasses the entire attorney-client relationship, and not just representation in the courtroom.
