Lynda Williams brings more than 30 years of experience navigating complex legal landscapes, from legislative construction to courtroom advocacy. Her practice is defined by strategic thinking and exceptional advocacy skills that consistently lead to favorable outcomes for her clients.

For two decades, Lynda served as a California state attorney, specializing in administrative litigation and representing state, tribal, and county agencies. She has successfully handled over 110 complex cases and more than 200 administrative appeal hearings, achieving a 99% success rate in health care provider appeals. Her extensive background includes statutory analysis, regulatory compliance, and employment-related disputes, where she has represented employers in high-stakes litigation.

Earlier in her career, Lynda served as a Deputy District Attorney, conducting over 30 jury trials with a 92% success rate. This experience honed her trial strategy, witness preparation, and expertise in due process challenges.

Lynda’s legislative advocacy work includes collaborating with the Nez Perce Tribe on environmental regulations to protect tribal cultural and reservation resources, and working with the California Integrated Waste Management Board and State Assembly to enact significant environmental protection laws. Her contributions earned recognition from the California Legislature.
