Lynn Abelson Liebman focuses her practice on construction accident labor law litigation and general liability, including premises, transportation, and product defect liability. She has extensive trial experience in liability matters, as well as conducting depositions and writing appeals.

Lynn graduated from the University of New Haven in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She attended Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School, graduating magna cum laude in 1986. During law school, she was a member of the Touro Law Review, participated in Moot Court, and was awarded several American Jurisprudence Awards.

During law school, Lynn worked full-time in the New York County District Attorney’s Office as a legal assistant to several assistant district attorneys. She also worked in the law office of Judge Edward Rappaport, gaining experience in litigation for both defendants and plaintiffs.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys antiquing, reading, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
