Lynn M. Dean is an experienced litigator with a focus on disputes and regulatory matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). She also specializes in commercial litigation and professional liability defense.

Prior to coming to GRSM, Lynn was a Partner at a national litigation and specialty practice law firm in their Los Angeles office. She was for many years a Senior Trial Counsel at the SEC, where she handled all aspects of SEC enforcement litigation, including matters relating to AML compliance, broker-dealer and investment advisor misconduct, insider trading, offering fraud, market manipulation, and financial fraud. Before that, she was an associate at a global law firm in Los Angeles, where she handled securities, accounting malpractice, and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
