- Tried or negotiated settlements in sophisticated multi-party business disputes including D&O, Shareholder & LLC members and class actions.
- Lead counsel for receiver in state and federal court receiverships involving complex business issues and disputes.
- Counsel for lenders and secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases including prosecution of dischargeability actions.
- Primary counsel for private and public owners/developers and condominium associations in significant construction litigation matters including public schools and high rise hotel/condominiums.
