Commercial litigation attorney M. Josh Masser solves problems for business support and management services professionals facing potential liability inside and outside of court. Known for his thoroughness and creativity, Josh has experience guiding businesses and certified professionals through all stages of litigation—from before a demand is sent through appeals.

Especially strong in the development and execution of litigation strategies, Josh consistently obtains favorable outcomes for his clients through motions, alternative dispute resolution, and informal negotiations. When real estate and insurance brokers, property managers, accountants, construction professionals, and corporate directors and officers are staring down the barrel of outlandish legal costs, they can trust Josh to find the most cost-effective resolution possible.

At his previous firms, Josh gained experience in commercial and insurance defense litigation. With his driven and creative approach, Josh proactively delves into the toughest legal questions facing businesses and certified professionals in complex commercial litigation today.

During his time in law school, Josh clerked for multiple private law firms and the Multnomah County Attorney and served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon. Upon graduation, Josh was also inducted into the prestigious Cornelius Honors Society by the faculty of Lewis & Clark Law School.
