Walker Upchurch’s practice focuses on commercial and complex civil litigation, drawing on prior experience in mass tort defense, healthcare regulatory matters, and government investigations.

Prior to joining GRSM, Walker was an associate at a defense litigation firm, where he represented state government clients in complex, high-stakes litigation. He developed litigation strategies, drafted substantive motions, managed discovery, and coordinated case management efforts in multi-party litigation.

Walker also has a background in healthcare law and regulatory compliance, including advising on matters affecting multiemployer benefit plans and assisting with government investigations.
