Mallory’s litigation experience spans all phases of the process – from early case assessment and strategic planning through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, and trial. She regularly defends clients against claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower allegations. Her administrative practice includes appearances before agencies such as the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
In addition to her litigation practice, Mallory provides day-to-day counsel to employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including hiring and termination practices, internal investigations, workforce restructurings, and risk management strategies aimed at litigation prevention. She also routinely drafts tailored employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving employment laws.
Prior to joining GRSM, Mallory gained valuable experience representing both employees and employers in all facets of labor and employment litigation at a law firm in Warren, New Jersey. She also advised boards of education on special education law and regularly appeared before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.
Mallory began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nesle A. Rodriguez, P.J.F.P., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, where she assisted in drafting judicial opinions and facilitating resolutions in family law matters. Mallory earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2019, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University in 2016 with a B.A. in Criminology, and was a member of Hofstra’s NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Team.
