Mandeep K. Sanghera’s practice focuses on employment law and commercial litigation. She represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage-and-hour issues, and contract disputes, offering both compliance counseling and litigation defense.

Before joining the firm, Mandeep practiced in workers’ compensation defense and gained experience resolving complex claims for national clients. She is admitted to the California Bar and is currently pursuing UCLA’s Employment Law Certificate to further strengthen her expertise. Coming from a family with deep roots in both business ownership and agriculture, Mandeep brings a practical, entrepreneurial perspective to her practice and understands firsthand the challenges faced by employers.

Defended employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims, frequently achieving favorable settlements within authority.
Represented public entities as a law clerk for the City of Fresno, including matters involving code enforcement.
Contributed to the design and implementation of the City of Fresno’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
