Marci D. Mitkoff

Marci graduated from Brandeis University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She then attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating in 1988. During law school, Marci was a Samuel Belkin Scholar.

Prior to joining GRSM, Marci practiced at a large regional law firm focusing her practice on the defense of medical, podiatric, chiropractic and dental claims. She has defended nursing homes, acupuncturists, and aestheticians and OPMC claims. Marci represents employers in labor and employment disputes arising from wrongful termination and discrimination. She handles negligence claims arising from hiring, training and security resulting in sexual misconduct. She is also experienced in premises liability, products liability and toxic tort. Marci has extensive trial experience, having taken numerous favorable verdicts throughout New York City, in Nassau County and New Jersey.
