Marcos A. Perez focuses his practice on civil litigation, including products liability, cosmetic talcum powder matters, property disputes, and appellate work. He represents national corporations in the agricultural and environmental industries, as well as local small businesses.

During law school, he held leadership roles as a member of the Arkansas Law Review and the Board of Advocates, and served as Parliamentarian for the Graduate Professional Student Congress.

Marcos demonstrated a strong commitment to community and public service through his work as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rebecca Rutherford in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark E. Ford in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. He also honed his advocacy skills as an extern for the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Arkansas and as an Advocacy Teaching Assistant at the law school.
