Marcus J. Scott focuses his practice in commercial litigation in a wide array of matters that include personal injury protection (PIP) lawsuits, glass litigation, and matters involving rideshare companies.

Marcus is client-driven and believes strong and consistent communication is the best form of practice.  This consists of figuring out the strategy to approaching a claim and working it through to a desired result.  He has spent his last few years defending insurers and gaining a deeper understanding of the industry in order to navigate the legal issues presented.

While at Stetson University College of Law, Marcus participated in multiple externships and internships to enhance his knowledge of the law.  He was part of the Student Bar Association and was on the Executive Board for Ambassadors. In addition to graduating with his Juris Doctorate, he also graduated with a Concentration in Advocacy. Marcus is eager to continue being an advocate and to grow with GRSM for the coming years
