Margaret (Maggie) Kenna is a litigator whose practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation, including the defense of manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and premises owners in product liability, complex environmental toxic tort, and general liability coverage matters. Maggie represents a diverse client base including Fortune 500 companies, global luxury goods and cosmetic companies, national insurance companies, and regional and local businesses.
Before joining GRSM, Maggie worked as a law clerk at a firm in Boston, where she focused on complex ERISA litigation and labor law matters. She also brings prior experience as a senior paralegal at two Am Law 100 law firms, where she supported business immigration practices representing Fortune 100 corporate clients in complex employment-based regulatory matters, including the nonimmigrant visa process, PERM and immigrant visa processes, and I-140 petitions and adjustment of status applications.
