Giugi (Maria-Vittoria) Carminati is a trial attorney focusing on complex commercial litigation and strategic advisory work for companies operating in high risk, high velocity environments. Giugi holds a J.S.D. in Space Law, focusing on managing liability exposure for high consequence activities, an LL.M. in Space, Cyber, and Telecommunications Law; a J.D.; and a bachelor’s degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She is also a Ph.D. candidate in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, with a focus on population genomics. Before joining the firm, Giugi built and led multiple businesses across the real estate, technology, and consulting sectors, giving her practical, operator level insight into the challenges clients face.
