Marisa Theofel focuses her practice on representing clients in complex litigation matters, including product liability, wrongful death, and environmental cases. She is involved in all aspects of litigation, from drafting pleadings and dispositive motions to attending depositions, hearings, and trials.

During law school, Marisa clerked for the Honorable Beau Miller of the 190th Judicial District Court in Harris County and contributed to the Low-Income Tax Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience advocating for clients and developing practical legal solutions.
