With a track record for successfully defending and advocating for his clients, Mark DelRosario focuses on business and commercial litigation and transactions, intellectual property law, entertainment law, cyber, data breach and technology litigation, and constitutional law. He has successfully litigated cases around the country, in both state and federal courts, for a full range of clients, including large, publicly traded corporations, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, franchisors, franchisees, and individuals.

In his intellectual property practice, Mark manages and protects clients’ IP portfolios, assists with copyright and trademark registrations and maintenance, and protects and defends individuals and businesses in copyright, trademark, domain name, false advertising, and trade secret litigation.

As an entertainment attorney, Mark has represented both creative talent and production companies that work closely with all of the major studios and talent agencies. He has assisted with contract negotiations, resulting in lucrative business deals for his clients. He has also helped his clients navigate through difficult litigation issues, leading them to successful resolution of contentious matters.

Mark also has experience with First Amendment issues and has handled and defeated motions and lawsuits in various states, for matters involving free speech and anti-SLAPP, commercial speech, defamation, and church-state entanglement disputes.

Mark has worked for prestigious law firms in the United States and in Europe and has also been in-house counsel for an international corporation, giving him a broad and global understanding to meet the needs and goals of his clients.
