Mary Williams focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. She has experience defending consumer financial services providers, insurance, and products liability clients, as well as individuals against civil RICO and fraud claims. Prior to becoming a litigator, Mary had extensive experience in regulatory affairs, as a lobbyist and legislative aide, including drafting and negotiating industry-specific rules and regulations and developing cohesive legal and legislative strategies for a broad range of clients.

Mary has been a part of multiple trial and appellate teams from answer to appeal; she has defended manufacturers and distributors across industries against individual claims and in multi-district litigation, as well as insurance, construction, tech, and financial services clients in multiple forums.
