Matt Pietsch is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex litigation, with a particular depth of knowledge and experience in the areas of professional liability defense, insurance coverage, real estate, not-for-profit religious organizations and education law. His clients include insurers, manufacturers, lawyers, real estate and title agents, financial institutions, national religious organizations, and local businesses. Matt has served as lead counsel in Tennessee state and federal courts, both at trial and on appeal, including cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
