Matthew Feinberg focuses his practice on commercial litigation, professional liability defense, privacy and data security, technology litigation, white collar defense, and cryptocurrency and blockchain matters.

Matthew defends a wide variety of clients, including attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, accountants, architects, engineers, and directors and officers of both large and small businesses against claims of civil liability in New York state and federal courts.

Before entering private practice, Matthew served as Associate Counsel with a legal aid organization in its criminal division and as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
