With years of federal court experience across the Midwest and admission to all Michigan and Ohio state courts, he has also successfully defended clients before the EEOC, NLRB, in arbitration, and in cases before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and even the U.S. Supreme Court. - In re Flint Water Litigation (obtained summary judgment on behalf of client in class action and individual claims pursued by over 50,000 individuals relative to the City of Flint’s water supply).
- Bellefant v. Matrix Human Services (obtained summary disposition on behalf of client as to ten-claims providing valuable Head Start community services related to prior employee investigation and resignation).
- Bridges v. Melton and Muskegon Family Services (obtained summary disposition on behalf of client in wrongful termination claims and discrimination claims).
- Washington v. Kalamazoo Garden Solutions (obtained summary judgment on federal discrimination and failure to promote claims on behalf of employer).
- Currently involved in class action litigation related to Michigan Property Tax Foreclosure matters in federal court.
- Dixon v. City of Roseville, et. al. (obtained summary judgment in federal civil rights/harassment case).
- Birch Run Area Convention and Visitors’ Bureau v. Saginaw County Convention and Visitors’ Bureau and Saginaw County (obtained voluntary dismissal of dispute between convention and visitors’ bureaus over County tax dollar allocation).
