Matthew “Matt” Vann focuses his practice on representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, wage and hour disputes, and workplace compliance issues.

Prior to joining GRSM, Matt served as a Labor and Employee Relations Consultant for University of California, San Francisco Heath (UCSF Health), where he advised management regarding employee relations matters, workplace investigations, labor relations strategy, grievance administration, and collective bargaining agreement interpretation. His experience also includes supporting employment litigation, traditional labor matters, and workplace counseling through positions with national law firms and labor-focused organizations.
