Max H. Trembitsky specializes in product-liability defense, representing domestic and international manufacturers and distributors in civil litigation across the United States and internationally. Max also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he teaches Lawyering and Legal Writing.

As a litigator, Max has secured favorable results for his clients both before and during litigation, as well as at the appellate levels. Prior to joining the firm, he gained extensive experience defending complex, high-exposure medical malpractice matters and was part of a litigation team representing a major U.S. automobile manufacturer in asbestos litigation.

During law school, Max was a member of the Criminal Appeals Clinic, where he argued a felony appeal before the New York State Appellate Division, First Department. He was also a part of the Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Appeals Bureau where he successfully petitioned the Appellate Division to reverse the lower Courts’ decisions.
