Max R. Hermann focuses his practice on commercial litigation.

Max received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was a member of the Dean’s List. While at Rutgers, Max served as the Business Editor for Rutgers Law Review, a Teaching Associate for the Legal Analysis Writing and Research Skills course, and as a research assistant to the Hon. Martin G. Cronin (Ret.). During his time in law school, he also focused on constitutional issues as a member of the Constitutional Rights Clinic, as well as releasing a publication in Rutgers Law Review Commentaries focusing on the constitutional implications of the history-and-tradition test.

Prior to joining GRSM, Max served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Joseph A. Turula, P.J.Cv. in the Superior Court of New Jersey-Hudson County, Law Division.
