Myriah Catalano focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She represents employers in employment and traditional labor law matters. This includes wage and hour violations, discrimination and workplace harassment, workers’ compensation, retaliation, and wrongful discharge.

While earning her degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, Myriah served as the Program Chair for the USF Black Law Student Association, and she was a tutor for first year law students for their Legal Research and Writing class at USF. Myriah also gained practical experience as a Student Clinician in the USF Intellectual Property Law and Justice clinic. Myriah took the skills she learned in law school and applied them to her practice.

Previously, Myriah was a Workers’ Compensation Attorney who prepared and defended clients in depositions, drafted petitions and pleadings for litigation and administrative hearings, and argued cases at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). These experiences sharpened Myriah’s analytical and advocacy skills which she now applies to employment defense matters.
