Megan Cunnington concentrates her practice on general liability matters, including premises liability, as well as medical malpractice defense. She approaches each case with a strong commitment to detail, clarity, and strategic problem-solving—skills shaped by her decade-long career in higher education before transitioning to the practice of law.

Megan gained extensive experience as a law clerk in both private practice and judicial settings before becoming an associate at a national litigation firm. She has experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and conducting document review in medical malpractice and general liability matters. She previously supported civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law cases at a Las Vegas law firm, and served as a research assistant contributing to a forthcoming publication on artificial intelligence in legal academia. Her judicial externships with the Honorable Gloria M. Navarro of the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, and the Honorable Bill Henderson of the Eighth Judicial District Court – Family Division provided her with meaningful insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom practice.

Megan enjoys baking (particularly cakes and bread), exploring Las Vegas, and practicing her favorite musical instruments (piano) in her spare time.
