Megan Gallagher focuses her practice on employment law and represents employers in a wide range of disputes including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. She manages litigation matters from initiation through resolution, providing strategic guidance at every stage. Her experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, arguing motions in state and federal courts, and facilitating resolutions through mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences.
