He has significant experience advising domestic and international insurers on insurance coverage matters and routinely provides comprehensive coverage opinions across policy types, including commercial general liability, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, builder’s risk, commercial auto, and homeowners policies.

Michael represents general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation and complex construction-related disputes. He is frequently called upon during crisis situations to assist clients with large loss investigations, including industrial explosions, fires, and trucking accidents, helping preserve evidence and guide immediate response efforts.
